What Zentrix LIMS is for
Zentrix LIMS is one system for the whole lab. Register the patient, charge the tests, collect and check in the specimen, enter and verify the results, then release and print — every step time-stamped and linked to the staff member who performed it.
It speaks to the machines and the hospital. Analyzers post results straight into the patient record with no retyping, orders arrive from the HIS and released results go back automatically over HL7, and the patient is notified by SMS or email on release.
Quality is built in. Values outside the reference range are flagged High or Low, a delta check compares today's result with the patient's previous one, and if a test's quality control fails its results cannot be released until QC passes or a supervisor records a corrective action.

How we roll it out
- Visit and listen. We sit with your med-techs and front desk and learn how your lab, hospital or clinic actually runs.
- Set up the main server. We install a complete PC set as your main server, with the drivers needed to connect your analyzers, machines and third-party systems or applications — plus a barcode printer for specimen labels and a dot matrix printer for receipts.
- Move your records in. Your test catalog, reference ranges, result templates and patient records come across from your existing logbooks and sheets.
- Train and go live. We train each role on its own screens and stay on hand through your first live day.
